A Brief History about Global Domain International(GDI)

In 1998 Michael Reed and Alan Ezeir were searching for an oiline business that they could start in domain names which is able to beat with .Com. They came up with .WS, Western Samoa’s top level domain. So, they made a deal with the Western Samoa government to administer the .WS in return the government of Samoa having a profits share. Later, they sold over 100,000 domain names to Yahoo, Intel, Cisco and Dell, and having customers in more than 180 countries, and here comes today’s Global Domain International (GDI).
